Join us this summer on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4-4:45pm for CrossFit Kids! Currently Available for ages 5-12. CrossFit Kids is a great way to get your child moving and develop a love for fun and fitness at an early age. Basic movements and gymnastics of CrossFit are done without weights, or using less than 10lbs. Your child’s backpack probably weighs more than that! Team atmosphere is encouraged, and each session includes a game with a fitness focus. First class is free!
